The Bracken County Public Library allows for patrons to request items to add to the library collection. Patrons can submit the requests to library staff in-person at the library or by email to bcplrequests@gmail.com, and staff will review the request(s) according to library policy.
If the item(s) are ordered, staff will call/notify patron when item(s) are available. In cases when the request(s) are not purchased, staff will try to contact the patron and give reason the item was not ordered. In some cases, the library may be able to request the item via Interlibrary Loan.
