Bracken County Public Library provides Interlibrary Loan (ILL) service to library patrons. This is a broad service used to temporarily borrow items or resources from other libraries and agencies. Interlibrary Loan service is used to fill patron requests for items that are out of print and/or cost prohibitive to the library.
Additionally, teachers, book clubs, and any library patron can use ILL service to order group resource and/or book kits provided by Kentucky Department of Libraries & Archives. View a list of available kits online or by request at the library. Book kits cover all ages and are available in audiobook and large print format. The resource/programming kits are excellent for homeschooling, exploring topics, and more. If you want to know more, ask the library staff.
